Find other school leaders with an interest/need and establish a support network
Develop a plan for embedding ICT in teaching & learning based on your school's T&L plan
Have the geeks who know what, how to install, and fix ICTs, close to you
Use the National Curriculum as a key point of dialogue with your staff on the benefits of using technologies
Develop a mentoring programme for teachers by other teachers with support from switched on students
