Getting Started with PropTrackr
Property Details
Listing History
If you would like to track the listing history of a property, enter the history here by clicking the 'Add Listing History" button
General
Enter more detailed information about
your property in these fields.
You may also hover your mouse
over these tool tips for more info.
Manage your property documents, create a HUD-1, send faxes, etc.
Right Click on any folder for more options (add doc, create package, fax docs, etc.)
Here is an example of what the HUD-1 Creator looks like:
Calculate your profits!
Track any & all repairs, once that's completed, create a
repair proposal with just a click of a button.
Fill out all of the repairs, and when you are finished click 'Generate Repair Proposal' to create & download a proposal.
Properties
-Click the 'add property' button, either in your menu bar, or on the main Properties Page
Add your first property
Insert The Necessary Information, and select "Add Property"
Lets briefly describe each of the tabs on the Property Page:

This is where you may add/edit property notes, and view assigned action plans
Top menu bar
Get a Printer friendly copy

Apply an Action Plan to
this property
The Deal Analyzer is pretty straight forward. Enter all of the finiancial information & see what profits can be made!
Adding a Note
To add a note, simply give it a subject, and the 
content of the note
If desired you can assign a follow up date to your note.
Select a user to assign the note to
You can either choose to send a notification e-mail to contacts (homeowners, lenders, etc.), or mark the note as private (for inter-office use only).
Features
Photos
To add features that a property or community has, simply check the box adjacent to the feature.
General Property Information
Hover over a tooltip for more information about any field.
Associated Contacts
Associating contacts to properties will keep you organized, and keep everyone up-to-date.
-Or select "Add Existing Contact" to select from a list of already created contacts
-Click 'Add New Contact", if the contact is not already listed in your PropTrackr System.
Add Mortgages & Mortgage Contacts
You can add multiple mortgages, and releated contacts by clicking on the "Add Mortgage" button...
Select a Lender from our Lender Rolodex, or enter your own.
Taxes
Property Documents folder stores all documents (right click to add documents & folders)
The Fax Folder will display information about incoming/outgoing faxes (right click to send a FAX)
The HUD-1 Folder stores HUDs (right click to create/edit HUDs)
The Packages folder stores all document packages (right click to create/edit packages)
Right-Click the "HUD-1" folder and select "New-HUD-1" to open the creator.
Adding Documents
PropTrackr provides several ways to add documents:
Click 'My Documents' to add a file stored in your PropTrackr account
Click 'AutoDocs' to add documents provided by PropTrackr
     (with property information auto-filled)
Click 'Short Sale Packages' to add PropTrackr provided packages
     (also with property  information auto-filled)
Click 'Upload Documents' to add documents from your computer.
Click 'Fax in Documents' to print a cover sheet to use for documents to be faxed in.
The Tabs at the top represent the different
ways to add documents to your property
Notes
All of your notes will appear in this list. To create a new note click the "Add Note" button.
Action Plans
For more information on action plans, please check out the Action Plan video in the support center.
A quick overview of the assigned action plan, type of plan and the description.
Search for comparable properties. Easily make comp packages & more
You may click on 'Blank Checklist' to download a checklist to take to the property and document desired repairs.
Track & monitor all potential property leads from here.
Lets start by logging into the account
Please go to the sub-domain that you  chose when you created your account.

eg.: demo.myproptrackr.com
Enter your e-mail & password to login to your account

Now that you have an account, you should learn to use it
to its full potential!
Want to add a photos of your property?
Simply click the "Upload Photo" button and select the photos of from your computer.
This tab allows you to add some more detailed information about your property
Enter the properties tax information here.
Hover your mouse over a tooltip to get detailed information about what to enter into the field.

The first thing you will see after logging in is the Dashboard.
This is where you will find some helpful widgets & news from the PropTrackr team.
Next, lets head over to the Properties Section & add your first property...
Store your property information here!!
Click the 'Options' drop-down menu to import/export contact lists, "view our Lender Rolodex and add a New Contact."
Double click an existing contact or add a new one to view more
information about a contact (which we will go over now....)
Store more detailed information about your contact here.
This is the Contact Details Module:
Enter your contact's information here.
Associate specific documents to any contact.
Select "Add Contact Document" to upload a new document.
Right- click on any document to download a copy of it.
This is where you can see all the property documents that the contact is associated with
You can right-click on any of these documents to have it downloaded to your computer.
This is where you can see previous e-mail correspondence with your contact and send out new e-mails
Double-click any e-mail to see the content.
Or click the 'Send E-mail' button to compose a new mail.
This is where you can see a list of all properties the contact is associated with, or add a new property.
Select "Add property" to assoicate the contact with a property,
or double click any properties already associated to be
taken the the property's details page.
PropTrackr provides many options & additons that are customizable
we will explore just a few of them here... 
Upload your own logo to be displayed on your PropTrackr site!
To upload a logo, go into the site design section of your account (the last option in your left menubar)
Click on 'General Settings"
to open more options
Select 'Choose FIle' in the Custom Logo Section
Select the logo from your computer, and select 'Upload'.
Now your site will show your own logo!
Edit your company display name , contact information, and notification e-mails.
The information that is here will be displayed on auto-filled docs and in the 'Contact Us' footer of your home-page.
Navigate to the configuration section (under 'Admin' in your left menu-bar.), to update this important information
Add new users to your PropTrackr account!
To add users to your account, navigate to 'Users' (under 'Admin' in your menubar)
Double click any user to edit their information, or select 'Create User' .
Capture leads from your website & have the information submitted to your PropTrackr account.
Click on 'Lead Capture Forms'  under 'Applications' in the left menu bar.
2) Select which fields you would like to be included in the form.
1) If desired, enter the URL of a page you would like to refirect to after the form is submitted.
3) Select 'Preview Form + Generate Code' .
A preview of the form will appear on the right side of the screen.
4) Copy the code at the bottom of the screen & paste it into any HTML compatible website to create a lead capture form.
This tab will show information, such as last sale price and Zillow & Epraisal estimates, as well as listing comparable properties.
To Generate a Comp Package, select the check boxes of properties you would like to include and click
the 'Generate Comp Package' button. Once you click the Generate Comp Package button the system will prepare you report in PDF format.
In the new user window, enter the user's info (e-mail, name, etc, and select their permissions (what they will be allowed to access).
Then click 'Create User"

Scroll to zoom in or out, click and drag the screen to change location, or click on a component to bring it into view.
The top grid [current leads} lists all contacts who have expressed direct interest in the property.
The bottom grid [contacts matching this property] shows contacts whose 'buyer critera' matches the property.
This is the main contacts grid. Use the search bar to the top right of the list to find any desired contact.
