ICTs facilitate load shifting between external organizations and VSOs to achieve goals. 

New ICT models to support sporadic volunteering , fund raising and a mobile work force.

Personal identities alter  ICT  use in work practices. 

Organizational members seek professional networks to enhance  information flows within the organization.  

ICTs are used for efficient client management to overcome resource shortages.
