Bon Secours RVA snow response

description »

This weekend in Richmond,
it snowed
it snowed a lot
so we tweeted
And people responded
A lot of people responded
Almost 100 people helped
Bon Secours spread urgent messages
Including drivers
And other area organizations
And employees
and the news media
and doctors
The average twitter user has 150 followers
Which means, in a conservative estimate
Over 11,250 people could have seen
and responded to Bon Secours
all because...

And we did not stop at Twitter
Where the average person has about 200 friends
(Bon Secours Richmond has over 300 fans)
Most of our fans are our world-class employees
We also shared pictures
Eric Young, SFMC
Viewed 50 times
Which means when we got more of this...
 The total cost...
For all of this
= $0.00
the value of this....
priceless
We posted on Facebook
Social media tools allow us to update all 11,250 people in real time
we changed our message on the fly
