Submitting Recommendation Letters and School Reports School Report or Teacher Recommendation Form If you would like to complete a school report, you may download one from the following link: http://uncw.edu/admissions/forms.html How to submit a school report or recommendation letter If your student completes their application via SeaLevel or through CFNC, you have the following options: Upload as a Shared File Fax Mail Uploading as a Shared File You may upload a report or recommendation letter by going to the following link and selecting the "upload here" icon. http://uncw.edu/admissions/ Faxing your document You may fax your report or recommendation letter to 910-962-3038 Mailing your document You can mail in your report or recommendation letter to: UNCW Office of Admissions 601 S. College Road Wilmington, NC 28403-5904 If your student is using the Common Application to apply You can also submit your reports or recommendations by doing one of the following: You also have the option to use Naviance when your student is applying via the Common Application.
