Moisture absorbing shoes

"Cosy Idea"

The man is splashing in the rain joyfully and happily because he has moisture absorbing shoes and isn't afraid to get wet.

The students of S. Darius and S. Girėnas gymnasium in Kaunas developed this idea.

Our innovations at school

White Christmas Trees

Food Improvisations

Though we haven't been participants of Junior Achievement Contest but we often work in teams and make creative things, for example, White Christmas Trees of agrotextile for our Christmas Carnival. The good thing is that we could save some green fir trees and decorate our hall differently.

A sweet cake can turn to a magical house if you have a phantasy and wafers can look like a big blossom of the flower. Evelina cooked these tasty cakes and wafers.

DIY - Do it yourself

The best and the warmest gift is done by our own hands.

You can see blooming trees and a shining fir done by Evelina. The roots of the trees are winding round the stones and spring blooms are made of white beads.

Stick'em Up - work done for JA contest

The team of students from Saulė Gymnasium in Kaunas designed various colourful sticks to phone cases, bank and shop cards with personal photos and attractive own design.

Earth Day

Pupils in our schools can take part in contests of Junior Achievement of Lithuania. JA is the world's largest organization dedicated to school students and realising their new ideas, experiments, business development. It inspires young people to believe in themselves and shows them that they can make a difference in the world.

The big ball symbolising our planet Earth was hung on the Earth Day. Students wrote wishes to the Earth: be majestic, powerful, kind, good, tidy, devoted, warm, lovely, beautiful, strong, fair..., have clean air, environment, nice life and green meadows...

The Earth ball always reminds us to be kind

and careful.

Thank you for watching and listening!
