Students with Standard Grade, Intermediate 1/2 music or drama will be considered
After NQ, students audition for HND Musical Theatre

1 Year Full Term
SCQF Level 5
Develop dance skills through workshops & performances
Study jazz, contemporary, tap,  ballet and more!
After NQ, most students audition for HND Musical Theatre
NQ Performing Arts
1 Year Full Term
SCQF Level 5
Acting is the focus with dance & singing developed
Students with Standard Grade/Intermediate 2 music or drama will be considered
Also, students with experience in an amateur context, school productions or youth theatre can also apply
After NQ, most students go on to HND Acting & Performance
HND Acting & Performance
2 Years Full Term
SCQF Level 8
Develop acting, production, voice, script writing, movement & acting for camera
NQ Musical Theatre, NQ Dance & NQ Performing Arts are great routes in
Progression routes include direct entry to 3rd Year BA in Performance
Some go on to study at RSAMD, RAM and Rose Bruford
Others land jobs in industry including performing on West End and TV shows



HND Musical Theatre
2 Years Full Term
SCQF Level 8
Develop production, movement, singing, acting, voice, jazz & contemporary dance 
Either having NQ or Higher Drama is a great way in
Many HNDs go on to study a post-graduate course in Musical Theatre at RSAMD or RAM
Others take on tv roles, perform in West End shows or other jobs in the industry
Students focus on industry standards in:

Bursaries Available...
Parentally supported students:
Students aged between 18 and 25 on the first day of term
Rate = £70.48 per wk

Independent students:
Students over the age of 25 on 1st day of term
Or students who are either married or living with their partner
Rate = £89.07 per wk

Self-supporting students:
Students under 25 who have worked or claimed benefits for three full years prior to the start of the course
Also includes students who are caring for a child
Or students who do not have any living parents
Rate = £89.07 per wk

Lone parent students:
Students caring for a child and in receipt of income support
They remain on their benefits and can claim books, fees and travel if over 2 miles away
