Achieve NAACE Award
The Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) has recently reviewed its
national programme for gifted and talented pupils and concluded that it was not
having sufficient impact on schools. As a result, provision is being scaled back to
align it more closely with wider developments in personalising learning. Schools will
be expected to do more themselves for these pupils.
